My practice has evolved to reflect the training and accumulated clinical experience I have developed during my nearly 30 year career as a specialist surgeon. After comprehensive plastic surgery training that has included understanding and managing the full spectrum of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery patients, I have also developed a very substantial experience in all forms of skin cancer including melanoma. I am a member of both the Plastic Surgery and Surgical Oncology sections of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
I currently manage a wide spectrum of patients requiring a broad range of plastic surgery skills, including general reconstructive and cosmetic issues, together with patients presenting with a whole range of skin cancer problems. The skin oncology patients invariably require general plastic surgery skills to obtain the best functional and aesthetic results, in addition to optimal oncology outcomes.
